Grant joined USS in June 2023 and serves as the Chief of Staff. He works closely with leadership to develop, coordinate, and drive USS growth strategies centered around process improvement, service optimization, and providing solutions that delight our customers. Prior to joining USS, Grant was a Consultant at Dell Technologies focused on supply chain optimization and demand forecasting. Before Dell, Grant served as an Infantry Officer in the 101st Airborne Division in the United States Army.
Grant lives in Franklin, TN, with his wife Sarah and son Hudson. In his spare time he enjoys fly fishing, camping, and spending time with his family.
