Everyone who works at USS is here for two main reasons: We take care of our customers and we invest in our team members.
USS is the type of place where you can start digging trenches and, with the right amount of hard work and character, rise to a management position. We host numerous staff training workshops each year and management is always asking for employee input because a good idea can come from anywhere — and often does come from the people who have the closest relationships with our customers.
