As the VP of Administration & Customer Service at USS, Shannon is an advocate for customers of United Structural Systems. Shannon’s department strives to exceed customer expectations from the first correspondence to the completion of the project. Teamwork is the foundation of USS, and she is blessed to work alongside incredibly talented departments within the USS infrastructure. She has been a critical part of United Structural Systems since it opened its doors in 1994 and relocated to Nashville from Indiana in 2000. Prior to USS, she graduated from Liberty University with a degree in communications and has a background in broadcast and consumer video.
Shannon enjoys vacationing with family, visiting historical sites, and exploring Route 66! She currently resides in Hendersonville, TN, with her husband of over 30 years. They have two children and two grandchildren.
