From our first contact to scheduling an appointment until the final day of the repairs, we had a pleasant experience with USS. All staff were courteous and helpful. Chip made two visits and several calls regarding the proposal, always thorough and patient. John kept us informed daily as to the project’s status. The team was job-oriented. Upon completion of the job, John reviewed it with us, using pictures for the work done in the crawlspace. One picture helped us to know we had a small leak in a bathroom.

Three companies gave us proposals for this job. We chose USS because we had confidence in their staff for quality work.
