An Update for Our Valued Customers:
We are reaching out to our current and prospective customers to assure you that USS is taking all precautions to keep both our team and our clients healthy and safe during the coronavirus outbreak. Please note the following precautions that have been added to our business operations:
- IN-HOUSE: A more concentrated sanitizing system is being implemented with our existing cleaning services, to include team member’s sanitizing protocol.
- IN THE FIELD: Our field technicians and project managers will limit physical contact, including hand-shaking. All field personnel will thoroughly wash and/or sanitize their hands prior to entering a client’s home. Inquiries and/or reminders will be issued to ensure that our clients’ households are not experiencing symptoms of illness (fever).
- USS TEAM: Our employees have been informed to report any sign of viral symptoms, to include being in contact with another that exhibits these symptoms. These missed absences require a doctor’s release to return to work.
