With over 15 years of experience in HR, Carolyn became the Senior Director of Human Resources in 2023. Carolyn enjoys pushing boundaries to break traditional HR leadership styles. She brings multi-state leadership experience, as well as a plethora of knowledge with mergers and acquisitions to best mitigate daily stressors felt in the field. Carolyn is extremely passionate about developing people to meet personal and professional goals.
Carolyn lives in Murfreesboro, TN, with her husband, Josh, and their two children. You will often find them cheering loudly at baseball games for their son, Maverick, while training horses with their daughter, Lincoln, on the weekends.
