When you are ready to proceed with repairs, we’ll have you sign your repair plan documents online or in-person. Our Scheduling Team will reach out to confirm a date for repairs that works best for you. We value your time and understand the inconvenience some repairs may cause. The scheduling team will keep you up to date on your project regularly. Then, a day or two prior to your scheduled date, you will hear from us again to confirm any details or preparations that need to happen before our team arrives.

Our field foreman will call you when he is on the way to your home, and then your repairs will begin. Your foreman and his team are there for you. They will walk you through the repairs and the progress of the project daily. You can expect our teams to provide a thorough cleanup of your property before completion. Once the project is completed, they will give you a final walk through and answer any questions you may have. Once payment is received upon job completion, your warranties are activated and your home dry and stable. Our Warranty and Customer Care teams will be here should you ever need us in the future or have any questions about your repairs or future concerns.
