Service Agreement Options
When becoming a Customer Protection Plan member, you can choose between three different levels of service agreements. The longer the agreement, the greater the savings.
What to Expect During Your Annual Visits
During our annual maintenance inspections, our team carefully inspects your USS systems to identify and resolve any potential problem areas. Our maintenance checks include basement waterproofing systems, crawl space encapsulation, and crawl space water management systems. Your service technician carefully inspects and evaluates your entire sump pump and drainage system, including electrical connections, float switches, batteries, filters, pump alarms, interior drains, dehumidifiers, and condensate pumps. This allows us to ensure your USS systems are functioning as efficiently and effectively as possible.
USS Customer Protection Plan participants also receive a 10% discount on future services while CPP membership is active (cannot be combined with any other discounts).
